सहस्रगुणितं सम्यक्छ्रद्धापूतेन चेतसा । अन्यथा यस्तु चंद्रस्य प्रासादं प्रकरिष्यति

Transliteration

sahasraguṇitaṃ samyakchraddhāpūtena cetasā | anyathā yastu caṃdrasya prāsādaṃ prakariṣyati

Translation

ശ്രദ്ധയാൽ ശുദ്ധമായ മനസ്സോടെ വിധിപൂർവ്വം ചെയ്താൽ ഫലം ആയിരമടങ്ങ് വർധിക്കും; എന്നാൽ മറ്റെവിധം (അശ്രദ്ധയോ അവിധിയോ കൊണ്ട്) ചന്ദ്രദേവന്റെ പ്രാസാദ-മന്ദിരം നിർമിക്കുന്നവന്റെ ഫലം ക്ഷയിക്കും।
