एवमुक्तस्ततस्तेन विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । तां कन्या मानयामास तं च विप्रभृगूद्वहम्
evamuktastatastena viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | tāṃ kanyā mānayāmāsa taṃ ca viprabhṛgūdvaham
പ്രഭവിഷ്ണുവായ വിഷ്ണു ഇങ്ങനെ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ, അവൻ ആ കന്യയെ ആദരിച്ചു; ഭൃഗുവംശത്തിലെ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ ബ്രാഹ്മണനായ ദ്വിജോത്തമനെയും യഥോചിതമായി ബഹുമാനിച്ചു.
