श्रीनारद उवाच । अहं हि सुरकार्येण संप्राप्योऽत्र तवांतिकम् । गरुडो वै ब्राह्मणाय यन्मां पृच्छसि केशव
śrīnārada uvāca | ahaṃ hi surakāryeṇa saṃprāpyo'tra tavāṃtikam | garuḍo vai brāhmaṇāya yanmāṃ pṛcchasi keśava
ശ്രീ നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ കേശവാ! ദേവകാര്യാർത്ഥം ഞാൻ ഇവിടെ നിന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ എത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഗരുഡനും ഒരു ബ്രാഹ്മണന്റെ ഹിതാർത്ഥം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു—നീ എന്നോടു ചോദിക്കുന്നതു ഇതുതന്നെ।
