सूत उवाच । पुरासीद्ब्राह्मणो मित्रं भृगुवंशकुलोद्वहः । गरुडस्य द्विजश्रेष्ठा बालभावादपि प्रभो
sūta uvāca | purāsīdbrāhmaṇo mitraṃ bhṛguvaṃśakulodvahaḥ | garuḍasya dvijaśreṣṭhā bālabhāvādapi prabho
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—പുരാതനകാലത്ത് ഭൃഗുവംശത്തിന്റെ കുലോദ്വഹനായ ഒരു ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ഹേ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠാ, ഹേ പ്രഭോ, അവൻ ബാല്യകാലം മുതലേ ഗരുഡന്റെ സുഹൃത്തായിരുന്നു.
