परं तस्य वधाज्जाता ब्रह्महत्या सुगर्हिता । तव शक्र न तेनाद्य स्पृशामोऽस्पृश्यतां गतम्
paraṃ tasya vadhājjātā brahmahatyā sugarhitā | tava śakra na tenādya spṛśāmo'spṛśyatāṃ gatam
“എന്നാൽ അവനെ വധിച്ചതിനാൽ, ഹേ ശക്രാ, നിനക്കു അത്യന്തം നിന്ദ്യമായ ബ്രഹ്മഹത്യാപാപം ഉദിച്ചു. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് ഇന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ സ്പർശിക്കാത്തത്; നീ അസ്പൃശ്യാവസ്ഥയിൽ പതിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.”
