। सूत उवाच । तास्तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय चक्रुस्तच्छक्रशासनम् । सूतिकागृहधर्मे यत्तच्चक्रुस्तस्य सर्वशः
| sūta uvāca | tāstatheti pratijñāya cakrustacchakraśāsanam | sūtikāgṛhadharme yattaccakrustasya sarvaśaḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—‘തഥാസ്തു’ എന്നു പ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്ത് അവർ ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) കല്പന നടപ്പാക്കി; പ്രസവഗൃഹധർമ്മത്തിൽ വിധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതെല്ലാം സമഗ്രമായി അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചു।
