अथ प्राहुः सुराः सर्वे वह्निं संश्लाघ्य सादराः । त्वं धारयाग्ने वक्त्रांते वीर्यमेतद्भवोद्भवम्
atha prāhuḥ surāḥ sarve vahniṃ saṃślāghya sādarāḥ | tvaṃ dhārayāgne vaktrāṃte vīryametadbhavodbhavam
അപ്പോൾ എല്ലാ ദേവന്മാരും വഹ്നിയെ ആദരത്തോടെ പ്രശംസിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ അഗ്നേ, ഭവൻ (ശിവൻ) നിന്നു ഉദ്ഭവിച്ച ഈ വീര്യം നിന്റെ വായ്ക്കുള്ളിൽ ധരിക്കൂ.”
