ततो विलप्य दुःखार्ता करुणं तत्र कानने । जगाम मार्गमाश्रित्थ पितुर्हर्म्यं शनैःशनैः

tato vilapya duḥkhārtā karuṇaṃ tatra kānane | jagāma mārgamāśrittha piturharmyaṃ śanaiḥśanaiḥ

അപ്പോൾ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ പീഡിതയായി അവൾ ആ വനത്തിൽ കരുണയായി വിലപിച്ചു; പാതയെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് പതുക്കെ പിതാവിന്റെ രാജമന്ദിരത്തിലേക്ക് നടന്നു।
