वृथापाकप्रकर्तृणां वृथामांसाशिनां च यत् । तेन पापेन लिप्येऽहं नागच्छामि पुनर्यदि
vṛthāpākaprakartṛṇāṃ vṛthāmāṃsāśināṃ ca yat | tena pāpena lipye'haṃ nāgacchāmi punaryadi
ധർമ്മോദ്ദേശമില്ലാതെ വ്യർത്ഥമായി പാചകം ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കും വ്യർത്ഥമായി മാംസം ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർക്കും ഉള്ള പാപം ഏതായാലും, ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും വരാതിരുന്നാൽ ആ പാപം തന്നാൽ ഞാൻ ലിപ്തനാകട്ടെ.
