tataḥprabhṛti tattīrthaṃ khyātiṃ prāptaṃ mahītale | pātāle svargaloke ca rūpaudāryapradaṃ nṛṇām

അന്നുമുതൽ ആ തീർത്ഥം ഭൂമിയിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധി നേടി; പാതാളത്തിലും സ്വർഗ്ഗലോകത്തിലും കൂടി, മനുഷ്യർക്കു സൗന്ദര്യവും ഔദാര്യവും നൽകുന്നതായി അറിയപ്പെട്ടു.
