सूत उवाच । तत्रास्ति निर्झरः पूर्वं सामान्यो द्विजसत्तमाः । अवधूतो धरापृष्ठे माहात्म्येन व्यवस्थितः
sūta uvāca | tatrāsti nirjharaḥ pūrvaṃ sāmānyo dvijasattamāḥ | avadhūto dharāpṛṣṭhe māhātmyena vyavasthitaḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരേ, അവിടെ മുമ്പ് ഒരു സാധാരണ ഉറവുണ്ടായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അതിന്റെ മഹാത്മ്യത്താൽ ഭൂമിയിൽ അത് മഹിമയോടെ സ്ഥാപിതമായി।
