माघ शुक्लचतुर्दश्यां यस्तं पूजयते नरः । स पापैरपि संयुक्तः शिवलोके महीयते
māgha śuklacaturdaśyāṃ yastaṃ pūjayate naraḥ | sa pāpairapi saṃyuktaḥ śivaloke mahīyate
മാഘ ശുക്ല ചതുര്ദശിയിൽ ആ (ലിംഗം) പൂജിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ, പാപങ്ങളോടുകൂടിയവനായാലും ശിവലോകത്തിൽ മഹത്വപ്പെടുന്നു।
