यो यं साधयितुं मन्त्रमिच्छति द्विजसत्तम । स तस्य पूर्वमेवाथ लक्षमेकं जपेन्नरः
yo yaṃ sādhayituṃ mantramicchati dvijasattama | sa tasya pūrvamevātha lakṣamekaṃ japennaraḥ
ഹേ ദ്വിജസത്തമാ! ഏത് മന്ത്രം സിദ്ധിക്കണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവൻ ആദ്യം അതേ മന്ത്രം ഒരു ലക്ഷം പ്രാവശ്യം ജപിക്കണം।
