putrapautravadhūbhiśca bhṛtyavargayutasya ca | patnīhīnāni no rejurgṛhāṇi gṛhamedhinām

പുത്രന്മാരും പൗത്രന്മാരും മരുമക്കളും വേലക്കാരും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ കൂടിയും, പത്നിയില്ലാത്ത ഗൃഹസ്ഥന്റെ വീട് ശോഭിക്കുകയില്ല.
