अथ सख्यः समागत्य तस्या दुःखेन दुःखिताः । शशंसुस्ता यथावृत्तं रुदन्त्यो मम सूतज
atha sakhyaḥ samāgatya tasyā duḥkhena duḥkhitāḥ | śaśaṃsustā yathāvṛttaṃ rudantyo mama sūtaja
അപ്പോൾ അവളുടെ സഖിമാർ എത്തി, അവളുടെ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ദുഃഖിതരായി, കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട്—ഹേ സൂതപുത്രാ—സംഭവിച്ചതെല്ലാം എനിക്ക് യഥാവിധി പറഞ്ഞു।
