सूत उवाच अत्र वः कीर्तयिष्यामि स्वयमेव मया श्रुतम् । वदतस्तत्समुद्दिश्य यद्वत्सस्य महात्मनः
sūta uvāca atra vaḥ kīrtayiṣyāmi svayameva mayā śrutam | vadatastatsamuddiśya yadvatsasya mahātmanaḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇവിടെ ഞാൻ സ്വയം കേട്ടതുതന്നെ നിങ്ങളോട് കീർത്തിക്കും; യദ്വത്സന്റെ പുത്രനായ ആ മഹാത്മാവിനെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞതിനെ യഥാതഥമായി ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു।
