अपमानं कृतं तस्य मया कल्ये द्विजोत्तम । तेन मे सहसा व्याधिराशीर्वादमनिच्छतः
apamānaṃ kṛtaṃ tasya mayā kalye dvijottama | tena me sahasā vyādhirāśīrvādamanicchataḥ
ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമാ! ഇന്നലെ ഞാൻ അവനെ അപമാനിച്ചു. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ എനിക്ക് പെട്ടെന്ന് രോഗം വന്നു—അവൻ ആശീർവദിക്കാൻ ഇച്ഛിക്കാതിരുന്നിട്ടും.
