असंख्याताः सहस्राणि ये रुद्रा भूमिमाश्रिताः । नमस्तेभ्योऽपि सर्वेभ्यस्तेषां रक्षंति ये रुजः
asaṃkhyātāḥ sahasrāṇi ye rudrā bhūmimāśritāḥ | namastebhyo'pi sarvebhyasteṣāṃ rakṣaṃti ye rujaḥ
ഭൂമിയിൽ അസംഖ്യ സഹസ്രം രുദ്രന്മാർ വസിക്കുന്നു. അവരൊക്കെയും നമസ്കാരം—ജീവികളെ രോഗം, വേദന, ക്ലേശം മുതലായവയിൽ നിന്ന് കാക്കുന്നവർക്ക്।
