षष्ठेऽहनि ततो जाते पूजयेद्ब्राह्मणोत्तमान् । तांश्च वस्त्रैर्हिरण्येन मिष्टान्नेन प्रभक्तितः
ṣaṣṭhe'hani tato jāte pūjayedbrāhmaṇottamān | tāṃśca vastrairhiraṇyena miṣṭānnena prabhaktitaḥ
പിന്നെ ആറാം ദിവസം വന്നാൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരെ ആദരിച്ച് പൂജിക്കണം; ഭക്തിയോടെ വസ്ത്രം, സ്വർണം, മിഷ്ടാന്നം എന്നിവ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.
