gakāraṃ hṛdaye nyasya vakāraḥ kaṇṭha madhyagaḥ | tekāraṃ dakṣiṇe haste vākāro vāmahastagaḥ

‘ഗ’കാരത്തെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ന്യാസം ചെയ്യണം; ‘വ’കാരത്തെ കണ്ഠമദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ. ‘തേ’കാരത്തെ വലങ്കയ്യിൽ, ‘വാ’കാരത്തെ ഇടങ്കയ്യിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
