नास्तिका भिन्नमर्यादा ये च विप्रस्य घातकाः । ते सर्वेऽत्र नरा नित्यमारुहंति पतंति च
nāstikā bhinnamaryādā ye ca viprasya ghātakāḥ | te sarve'tra narā nityamāruhaṃti pataṃti ca
നാസ്തികർ, ധർമ്മമര്യാദ ലംഘിക്കുന്നവർ, ബ്രാഹ്മണനെ ഹാനിക്കുന്നവർ—അവരൊക്കെയും ഇവിടെ നിത്യം ഉയർന്ന് വീണ്ടും വീഴുകയും പുനഃപുനഃ പതനം അനുഭവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു।
