गालव उवाच । तस्मिंस्तु पतिते लिंगे योजनायामविस्तृते । विषादार्त्ता ऋषिगणास्तत्राजग्मुः सहस्रशः
gālava uvāca | tasmiṃstu patite liṃge yojanāyāmavistṛte | viṣādārttā ṛṣigaṇāstatrājagmuḥ sahasraśaḥ
ഗാലവൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആ ലിംഗം വീണു ഒരു യോജനവ്യാപ്തിയായി പരന്നുകിടന്നപ്പോൾ, വിഷാദാർത്തരായ ഋഷിസമൂഹങ്ങൾ ആയിരങ്ങളായി അവിടെ എത്തി.
