सेविताः सकला वृक्षा श्चातुर्मास्ये विशेषतः । तुलसी सेविता येन सर्ववल्यश्च सेविताः
sevitāḥ sakalā vṛkṣā ścāturmāsye viśeṣataḥ | tulasī sevitā yena sarvavalyaśca sevitāḥ
തുളസിയെ സേവിച്ചാൽ സകല വൃക്ഷങ്ങളെയും സേവിച്ചതുപോലെ ആകുന്നു—വിശേഷിച്ച് ചാതുർമാസ്യകാലത്ത്; ആരാണ് തുളസിയെ സേവിക്കുന്നത്, അവൻ എല്ലാ വള്ളികളെയും സേവിച്ചതാകുന്നു.
