मौंजीहोमः प्रमाणं स्यान्मुनिवाक्येन चेद्भवेत् । तदेतदपि वाक्यं हि कात्यायनमुनेः स्फुटम्

Transliteration

mauṃjīhomaḥ pramāṇaṃ syānmunivākyena cedbhavet | tadetadapi vākyaṃ hi kātyāyanamuneḥ sphuṭam

Translation

മുനിവാക്യം പ്രമാണമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ ‘മൗഞ്ജീ-ഹോമം’ എന്ന കർമ്മവും പ്രമാണമാണ്; കാരണം കാത്യായന മുനിയുടെ വ്യക്തമായ വചനങ്ങളിലും ഇതേ കാര്യമാണ് പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നത്.
