ततः स जनयामास देवाञ्च्छक्रपुरःसरान् । अदित्यां चैव दैत्यांश्च दित्यां स बलवत्तरान्
tataḥ sa janayāmāsa devāñcchakrapuraḥsarān | adityāṃ caiva daityāṃśca dityāṃ sa balavattarān
അതിനുശേഷം അവൻ അദിതിയിൽ നിന്ന് ശക്രൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) മുൻപന്തിയിലുള്ള ദേവന്മാരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു; ദിതിയിൽ നിന്ന് അത്യന്തം ബലവാന്മാരായ ദൈത്യന്മാരെ ജനിപ്പിച്ചു।
