śrāvaṇasyāṣṭamī kṛṣṇā tathā'ṣāḍhī va pūrṇimā | tathā kārtikamāsasya yā cānyā phālgunasya ca

ശ്രാവണത്തിലെ കൃഷ്ണാഷ്ടമി, ആഷാഢത്തിലെ പൗർണ്ണമി, കാർത്തികമാസത്തിലെ പൗർണ്ണമി, ഫാൽഗുണത്തിലെ പൗർണ്ണമിയും—ഇവ പിതൃകർമ്മങ്ങളിൽ പ്രശംസിക്കപ്പെട്ടവയാണ്।
