mṛṣṭānnādo mṛṣṭavākyaḥ sadā japaparāyaṇaḥ | ete brāhmaṇā jñeyā niḥśeṣāḥ paṃktipāvanāḥ

ആഹാരം ശുദ്ധവും വാക്ക് സംസ്കൃതവും, സദാ ജപപരായണരുമായവർ—ഇത്തരം ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ പൂർണ്ണമായി ‘പങ്ക്തിപാവനർ’ എന്നു അറിയണം; അവർ ഭോജനപങ്ക്തിയെ പവിത്രമാക്കുന്നു।
