नमस्कृतेन तेनाऽपि प्रोक्तोऽहं पद्मयोनिना । दीर्घायुर्भव पृष्टश्च कुतस्त्वमिह चागतः
namaskṛtena tenā'pi prokto'haṃ padmayoninā | dīrghāyurbhava pṛṣṭaśca kutastvamiha cāgataḥ
ഞാൻ നമസ്കരിച്ചിട്ടും പദ്മയോനി പിതാമഹൻ ബ്രഹ്മാവ് എന്നോടു—“ദീർഘായുസ്സുള്ളവനാകുക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; പിന്നെയും—“നീ ഇവിടെ എവിടെ നിന്നാണ് വന്നത്?” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
