evaṃ tapasi saṃsthāyāstasyāḥ kālo mahāngataḥ | na ca saṃdarśanaṃ jātaṃ hāṭakeśvarasaṃbhavam

Translation

ഇങ്ങനെ ഘോരതപസ്സിൽ ലീനയായി നിലകൊണ്ടിട്ടും അവൾക്കു മഹത്തായ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞു; എങ്കിലും ഹാടകേശ്വരന്റെ ദർശനം ഉണ്ടായില്ല, അവന്റെ പ്രാകട്യവും സംഭവിച്ചില്ല।
