Narrator (reporting the woman’s inner reflection)
Tirtha: Hāṭakeśvara
Type: kshetra
Scene: A devoted woman pilgrim pauses near a sacred precinct, hands folded, reflecting that without beholding Hāṭakeśvara the pilgrimage fruit is incomplete; temple silhouette and tīrtha landscape behind her.
Pilgrimage reaches completion in darśana—without encountering the deity, the outer journey is considered spiritually unfinished.
Hāṭakeśvara is the focal sacred destination; the verse stresses that His darśana constitutes the core fruit of the yātrā.
The verse prescribes no separate rite; it establishes darśana of Hāṭakeśvara (Sureśvara) as the essential culmination of pilgrimage merit.
