अपरं शृणु मे वाक्यं यत्ते वक्ष्यामि सद्द्विज । तथा शृण्वंतु विप्रेंद्राः सर्वे येऽत्र समागताः
aparaṃ śṛṇu me vākyaṃ yatte vakṣyāmi saddvija | tathā śṛṇvaṃtu vipreṃdrāḥ sarve ye'tra samāgatāḥ
ഹേ സദ്ബ്രാഹ്മണാ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് പറയാൻ പോകുന്ന മറ്റൊരു വാക്കും കേൾക്കുക; ഇവിടെ സമാഗതരായ എല്ലാ വിപ്രേന്ദ്രന്മാരും കേൾക്കട്ടെ.
