पद्मज उवाच । श्राद्धकाले तु विप्राणां भोज्यपात्रेषु कृत्स्नशः । भस्मरेखां प्रदास्यंति ह्येतैस्तत्त्याज्यमेव हि
padmaja uvāca | śrāddhakāle tu viprāṇāṃ bhojyapātreṣu kṛtsnaśaḥ | bhasmarekhāṃ pradāsyaṃti hyetaistattyājyameva hi
പദ്മജൻ (ബ്രഹ്മാവ്) പറഞ്ഞു—ശ്രാദ്ധകാലത്ത് ഇവർ ബ്രാഹ്മണരുടെ ഭോജനപാത്രങ്ങളുടെ ചുറ്റും ഭസ്മരേഖകൾ വരയ്ക്കും; അതുകൊണ്ട് അവരുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ആ ഭോജനക്രമം/ആഹാരം തീർച്ചയായും ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
