ദേശാന്തരത്തിൽ ജനിച്ചവനോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവിടെയേ (വിദേശദേശത്ത്) ജനിച്ചവനോ; പിതൃവംശം അജ്ഞാതനായവനോ; സമൂഹത്തിൽ സാധാരണ പദവി/അംഗീകാരം ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവനോ—അവന്റെ കാര്യത്തിലും (ശുദ്ധിവിധി) പറയുക।
