Kṛtaghna (the preta)
Type: kshetra
Scene: The preta, still suffering, nevertheless speaks with clarity, pointing as if indicating the required act; the king’s dream-self listens with resolve, hands poised in acceptance of a vow.
Satya (truthfulness) is presented as the decisive spiritual force that enables liberation even in difficult karmic conditions.
The site is not named in this verse; the emphasis is on satya as the key principle leading into a tīrtha-based remedy.
A moral prescription: adopt unwavering truthfulness as the foundation for the liberating act to be performed.
