प्रणिपत्य द्विजैः सर्वैर्गच्छमाना निवारिता । मा देवयजनं गच्छ सावित्रि पतिवल्लभे

പുറപ്പെടുന്ന സാവിത്രിയെ എല്ലാ ദ്വിജരും നമസ്കരിച്ചു തടഞ്ഞു: ‘ഹേ പതിവല്ലഭേ സാവിത്രി, ദേവയജനമായ യജ്ഞസ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് പോകരുത്’ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
