प्रकटं च सुरश्रेष्ठ कपाले श्वरसंज्ञितः । तस्मात्त्वं भविता रुद्र क्षेत्रेऽस्मिन्द्वादशोऽपरः
prakaṭaṃ ca suraśreṣṭha kapāle śvarasaṃjñitaḥ | tasmāttvaṃ bhavitā rudra kṣetre'smindvādaśo'paraḥ
ഹേ സുരശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! നീ ഇവിടെ ‘കപാലേശ്വര’ എന്ന നാമത്തോടെ പ്രത്യക്ഷമായി പ്രകാശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതിനാല് ഹേ രുദ്രാ, ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില് നീ മറ്റൊരു—അധികമായ—ദ്വാദശ രൂപമാകും।
