सर्वे शीर्णानि वृक्षाणां पुष्पाणि च फलानि च । भक्षयामोऽथ पत्राणि शरी रस्थितिहेतुना
sarve śīrṇāni vṛkṣāṇāṃ puṣpāṇi ca phalāni ca | bhakṣayāmo'tha patrāṇi śarī rasthitihetunā
മരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വീണ പൂക്കളും ഫലങ്ങളും മാത്രമാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്; പിന്നെ ശരീരധാരണത്തിനായി ഇലകളും കഴിക്കുന്നു.
