सूत उवाच । एवं संशोचते यावदात्मानं परिगर्हयन् । ततस्तु ब्रह्मणा प्रोक्तः स्वयमभ्येत्य भो द्विजाः
sūta uvāca | evaṃ saṃśocate yāvadātmānaṃ parigarhayan | tatastu brahmaṇā proktaḥ svayamabhyetya bho dvijāḥ
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു: ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണരേ, അവൻ ഇപ്രകാരം ദുഃഖിക്കുകയും സ്വയം പഴിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ബ്രഹ്മാവ് നേരിട്ട് വന്ന് അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു.
