तस्मादहं करिष्यामि चण्डशर्मकृते महत् । कृतघ्नता यथा न स्यात्प्रोक्तं चैव यतो बुधैः
tasmādahaṃ kariṣyāmi caṇḍaśarmakṛte mahat | kṛtaghnatā yathā na syātproktaṃ caiva yato budhaiḥ
അതുകൊണ്ട് ചണ്ഡശർമനുവേണ്ടി ഞാൻ മഹത്തായ ഒരു കര്മ്മം ചെയ്യും; എനിക്കു കൃതഘ്നതയുടെ ദോഷം വരാതിരിക്കട്ടെ—ജ്ഞാനികൾ പ്രസ്താവിച്ചതുപോലെ।
