सूत उवाच । एवमुक्तो विहस्योच्चैः स तदा ब्राह्मणोत्तमाः । तामालिंग्य ततः प्राह वचनं मधुराक्षरम्
sūta uvāca | evamukto vihasyoccaiḥ sa tadā brāhmaṇottamāḥ | tāmāliṃgya tataḥ prāha vacanaṃ madhurākṣaram
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ആ ബ്രാഹ്മണോത്തമൻ അപ്പോൾ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ചിരിച്ചു; പിന്നെ അവളെ ആലിംഗനം ചെയ്ത് മധുരാക്ഷരങ്ങളാൽ വചനം പറഞ്ഞു.
