ततश्चाकारयामास तं षंढं द्वारमाश्रितम् । तस्य दत्त्वाथ वस्त्राणि पश्चात्षंढमुवाच सः
tataścākārayāmāsa taṃ ṣaṃḍhaṃ dvāramāśritam | tasya dattvātha vastrāṇi paścātṣaṃḍhamuvāca saḥ
പിന്നീട് വാതിലിനരികിൽ നിന്നിരുന്ന ആ ഷണ്ഡനെ കാവലിന് നിയോഗിച്ചു. അവന് വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ നൽകി, തുടർന്ന് അവൻ ആ ഷണ്ഡനോട് കൂടുതൽ പറഞ്ഞു.
