सूत उवाच । एवं सम्बोधिता तेन सा भार्या विजने गता । कन्याप्रदानस्य रुचिः संजाता तदनन्तरम्
sūta uvāca | evaṃ sambodhitā tena sā bhāryā vijane gatā | kanyāpradānasya ruciḥ saṃjātā tadanantaram
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു: ഇങ്ങനെ അവൻ ഉപദേശിച്ചതിനാൽ ആ ഭാര്യ ഏകാന്തസ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് പോയി; അതിനുശേഷം അവൾക്കു കന്യാപ്രദാനം (വിവാഹാർത്ഥം) ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ആഗ്രഹം ഉദിച്ചു।
