कन्योवाच । धर्मार्थकाममोक्षान्स्त्री चतुरोऽपि चतसृभिः । वह्निप्रदक्षिणाभिस्तान्विवाहेऽपि प्रदर्शयेत्
kanyovāca | dharmārthakāmamokṣānstrī caturo'pi catasṛbhiḥ | vahnipradakṣiṇābhistānvivāhe'pi pradarśayet
കന്യ പറഞ്ഞു—വിവാഹത്തിലും പവിത്ര അഗ്നിയെ നാലു പ്രദക്ഷിണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ സ്ത്രീ ധർമ്മം, അർത്ഥം, കാമം, മോക്ഷം എന്ന നാലു പുരുഷാർത്ഥങ്ങളെയും പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്നു।
