सूत उवाच । श्वेतद्वीपः समानीतो विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना । तत्क्षेत्रे कलिभीतेन यथा शौक्ल्यं न संत्यजेत्
sūta uvāca | śvetadvīpaḥ samānīto viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā | tatkṣetre kalibhītena yathā śauklyaṃ na saṃtyajet
സൂതൻ പറഞ്ഞു—സർവ്വശക്തനായ വിഷ്ണു ശ്വേതദ്വീപിനെ ഇവിടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; ആ പുണ്യക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ—കലിയുടെ ഭയത്താൽ—അത് തന്റെ ശ്വേതത്വം (ശുദ്ധി) ഉപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്।
