नैतत्पुत्रोद्भवं दुःखं तथा मां बाधते ह्रदि । यथेदं मानुषे गर्भे संवासो मानुषं प्रति

Transliteration

naitatputrodbhavaṃ duḥkhaṃ tathā māṃ bādhate hradi | yathedaṃ mānuṣe garbhe saṃvāso mānuṣaṃ prati

Translation

പുത്രപ്രസവത്തിന്റെ ദുഃഖം എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തെ അത്ര പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല; എന്നാൽ ഇത്—മാനവഗർഭത്തിൽ വസിച്ച് മാനവാവസ്ഥയിൽ ബന്ധിതയാകുക—അതിയായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
