सुवर्णं वा गजाश्वं वा राज्यं सकलमेव वा । भवद्भ्यः संप्रदास्यामि तस्मादब्रूत द्विजोत्तमाः
suvarṇaṃ vā gajāśvaṃ vā rājyaṃ sakalameva vā | bhavadbhyaḥ saṃpradāsyāmi tasmādabrūta dvijottamāḥ
‘സ്വർണ്ണമോ, ആനയും കുതിരയും ആകട്ടെ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എന്റെ മുഴുവൻ രാജ്യമാകട്ടെ—എല്ലാം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കും. അതിനാൽ, ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമന്മാരേ, പറയുക—എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?’
