तापस्य ऊचुः । नास्माकं भूषणैः कार्यं भूषिता वल्कलैर्वयम् । तस्माद्गच्छ निजं हर्म्यमर्थिभ्यः संप्रदीयताम्
tāpasya ūcuḥ | nāsmākaṃ bhūṣaṇaiḥ kāryaṃ bhūṣitā valkalairvayam | tasmādgaccha nijaṃ harmyamarthibhyaḥ saṃpradīyatām
തപസ്വിനികൾ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ആഭരണങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമില്ല; വൽക്കലവസ്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ തന്നെയാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ അലങ്കൃതർ. അതിനാൽ നീ നിന്റെ മന്ദിരത്തിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങുക; ഇവ ആവശ്യക്കാരെക്കു യഥാവിധി ദാനം ചെയ്യപ്പെടട്ടെ।”
