ततः शेषाश्च तापस्यो भूषणार्थं समुत्सुकाः । सस्पर्द्धा जगृहुस्तानि भूषणानि स्वयं द्विजाः
tataḥ śeṣāśca tāpasyo bhūṣaṇārthaṃ samutsukāḥ | sasparddhā jagṛhustāni bhūṣaṇāni svayaṃ dvijāḥ
പിന്നീട് ശേഷിച്ച തപസ്വിനികളും ആഭരണങ്ങൾക്കായി ഉത്സുകരായി, സ്പർധ നിറഞ്ഞവരായി, ഹേ ദ്വിജോത്തമാ, ആ ആഭരണങ്ങൾ സ്വയം ഏറ്റെടുത്തു।
