अथ दृष्ट्वा सुदूरात्तं रामदेवं विभीषणः । पपात दण्डवद्भूमौ जयशब्दमुदीरयन्
atha dṛṣṭvā sudūrāttaṃ rāmadevaṃ vibhīṣaṇaḥ | papāta daṇḍavadbhūmau jayaśabdamudīrayan
അതിനുശേഷം ദൂരത്തിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ രാമദേവനെ കണ്ട വിഭീഷണൻ ‘ജയ’ എന്നു ഘോഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ദണ്ഡവത്തായി ഭൂമിയിൽ വീണു നമസ്കരിച്ചു।
