ततः प्रोवाच विनयात्कृतांजलिपुटः स्थितः । आदेशो दीयतां देव ब्रूहि कृत्यं करोमि किम्
tataḥ provāca vinayātkṛtāṃjalipuṭaḥ sthitaḥ | ādeśo dīyatāṃ deva brūhi kṛtyaṃ karomi kim
അപ്പോൾ അവൻ വിനയത്തോടെ കരംകൂപ്പി നിന്നുകൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു—“ഹേ ദേവാ! ആജ്ഞ നൽകണമേ; ഞാൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ട കർത്തവ്യം എന്ത്?”
